I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts who is focused on helping adults and teens develop skills to achieve the best version of themselves.

I have over ten years of clinical experience working with children, teens/adolescents, and adults dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns. I utilize a supportive and comforting approach to help establish a trusting therapeutic alliance with all my clients, and utilize client's strengths and resiliency in assisting them to reach their goals. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Therapy drawing from these principles to teach clients skills necessary for them to live their best life. Along with helping individuals overcome anxiety and depression, I have experience working with athletes in improving their athletic performance.

My practice focuses on helping clients learn and develop the skills necessary for them to achieve their goals and live the life they have always dreamed of. Offering both individual counseling, athletic/performance consultations, professional coaching, and groups, clients will receive individual attention specific to their needs.
