Lorraine McKenzie, LCSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and therapist who works with individuals 18 + old who may be experiencing challenges with social anxiety disorder, depression, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, insomnia, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. I have a particular passion supporting adults on the autism spectrum to live their fullest lives. I also love supporting other individuals to navigate life transitions and take on career exploration.
I am a neurodiversity-affirming therapist. I named my practice, "Comprehensive Therapy," because I support individuals to look at all aspects of their lives – their sleep, nutrition, social interactions, emotional and physical well-being, as well as what Joseph Campbell called, "that sacred space where you can find yourself over and over again." From my perspective (and experience), most of the difficulties that bring us to therapy involve our "whole" selves, and so I try to keep that in mind as we do our work together supporting your healing and movement towards your goals.
