Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Sometimes purpose and meaning are found through present and past hardships. Allow me to assist you while you navigate your life's journey to understanding, acceptance and wholeness.
Change can be very difficult to navigate. Whether circumstantial, initiated by someone else or even orchestrated by ourselves. Like a pair of shoes that no longer fit, it is necessary that we adjust to the changes life presents. With over 20 cumulative years as an educator, school counselor and therapist I have been able to assist youth and adults as they've navigated through the various stages of life and change.
I've been able to successfully assist clients through life's challenges by offering an eclectic approach to therapy tailored to meet the individual needs of my clients.
My approach is warm, accepting, non-judgmental and supportive. Whether it's for you personally, a partner/spouse or your child, please allow me to be that listening ear offering guidance and insight.
