About me
I am an open minded therapist who has been described as warm, empathetic, direct, and has the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
I’ve spent most of my professional career working with youth and young adults through a residential training program. In 2012, I received training through the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault and interned at a domestic violence shelter which helped me become an advocate for women. I love to learn and am always reading or listening to audio books, especially those related to the mind-body connection. I fervently believe in the power of the mind and positive thinking which helped me work through the loss of several close family members.
