As a body-centred therapist, I love helping my clients learn to be more intimately engaged with their feelings as a way to know themselves more deeply, which can lead to clear decisions for a more functional and fulfilling life.
Loretta Carridan Luchau MA, LPC, NCC, LMT has been studying and training, practicing and teaching body-centered therapies in the US & abroad since the early 1980s. Her somatically grounded, trauma-informed approach is relationally oriented, person-centered, psychodynamic, behaviorist - deeply informed by being a mother, partner, sister, and friend. Loretta has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, psychosis, and personality disorders and employs mindfulness skills, psycho-education, and homework all as important facets of therapy.
