About me
Life is hard. The past several years have been even harder and life continues to be challenging. Sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us during a difficult time, to talk about parts of our past that still hang around, or to help us learn to manage stress and anxiety that is now a regular part of life. My approach to counseling is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with a foundation of trust and respect then to build, challenge, grow and move forward together.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in practice for 13 years with experience in private practice and community/school-based settings. In addition to individual therapy, Lora has experience in Counselor supervision, Behavior Analysis, and Family/Child therapy. My main goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and trusting space for all people who want authentic growth and genuine happiness.
