About me
I offer a warm and comforting environment for adults and teens to grow, learn and heal.
I have been a licensed professional therapist for over twelve years and work with adults and teenagers aged 13 and up. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which has been shown to be the most effective form of behavioral treatment for depression, anxiety, and a host of other mental health disorders. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is effective for treating PTSD and other trauma-related issues. My style is eclectic and I have a different approach with each client based on their needs.
My clients would tell you that I'm welcoming, non-judgemental, and that I put them at ease right away even if they've never see a therapist before. I look forward to working with you to make positive change.
