I am an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I work with adolescents and adults who have a variety of issues including trauma and eating disorders.

Integrity means that you are connected; with your body, with nature and with others. Your inner life supports your outer life, and your outer life supports your inner journey. Don’t ask “What’s wrong with me?” Ask “What do I need?” There’s nothing wrong with you. Given all that you’ve been through, what you’ve inherited, and the choices you’ve had in your life up until now, where you are in your life makes complete sense. So, what do you need to go further? Integrity Psychiatry and Wellness offers compassionate presence, medication management, tools for self-care, psychotherapy, and somatic/body awareness.
I am passionate about mental health. As a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my focus is on holistic care that honors the dignity and uniqueness of each person. I work with adults, adolescents and children. The areas I specialize in are depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and stress disorders.
I believe that every one of us, with enough willingness and support, can overcome and heal from past trauma, generational trauma, and the stresses of the times and learn new ways to cope and thrive.
