About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist who specializes in helping adults manage their anxiety and other struggles in order to live the life they want, full of purpose and meaning.

Life is full of ebbs and flows, times when just “getting through” or “surviving” are at the forefront, and other times when it isn’t enough and we want more for our lives. I would love to partner with you on your journey. I am a process-based therapist who recognizes that every individual is unique. Therapy should meet you where you are, not fit you into a box. I can be a listening ear, help support you through difficult times, and introduce you to evidence-based strategies to help you overcome your struggles and flourish.

I have worked with a variety of people from all different backgrounds who struggle with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, traumatic memories, struggles managing emotions or tolerating distress, relationship difficulties, day to day stress, health issues, and more. I have training in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression and Panic, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Transdiagnostic Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Process Based Therapy, the framework we will walk through, is designed to use different practices from these modalities, along with others, to specifically facilitate change where it is most needed in your life.

I am only offering virtual therapy at this time, but may offer in person in the future. I am currently accepting new clients.
