You may be an individual or a couple seeking to understand how past attachments, fulfillments, and traumas inform your present with the hope of repairing and improving your relationship to self and others. Or, you may feel lost and want to explore where you've been and how to live life with intention, meaning, and authenticity. I help my clients to explore with curiosity and loving-kindness their attachment styles, grief, losses, and traumas. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients and witness them blossom within this confidential, safe space of existential reflection, forgiveness, acceptance, and rebirth.

My specialized training in couples work, grief, and Jungian depth psychology moves you into self-awareness and reconciliation of your past. In our collaborative work, you find meaning and purpose through curiosity, inquiry, and discovery. By reconstructing meaning, you heal from old wounds, enhance personal cultivation, and improve your relationships.

Our therapeutic relationship is at the heart of our work. I seek to gain your trust, while remaining mindful of our interactions in the here and now. Working amid the layers of the conscious and unconscious can engender feelings of vulnerability.
