About me
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and a Certified Sex Therapist with over 25 years of experience and training working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, sexual and sexuality issues, relational and intimacy issues, and bereavement.
My professional objective is to help you regain resilience and strength, facilitate positive change and to promote personal growth. Together we will develop an individualized treatment plan to target specific therapeutic goals within a safe, nonjudgmental, professional and therapeutic environment. My clinical approach is interactive, empathic and respectful. My preferred method of practice is eclectic in nature and it includes: cognitive, behavioral and humanistic therapies. We will be solution focused.
