I have many years of successful licensed clinical counseling experience in the field of Alcohol and SUD, Anxiety and Depression, Grief Counseling, Anger Management, Couples Counseling, Trauma Counseling, and Co-Occurring Disorders. My focus is on Adult Patients (21+) who continue to struggle with PTSD, feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, depressed, who continue to grieve, or who continue to struggle with abstaining from alcohol and substance use. Taking that first step in the right direction is the beginning of your journey. It is time to make time for yourself and focus on the "here and now."
