About me
I am an associate therapist who is dedicated to helping teens and adults discover the tools they need to live happy, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
I have worked in private practice, community mental health, and school settings, providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy, as well as case management to a wide range of clients. I am experienced in the treatment of trauma-related issues, substance abuse, co-dependency, self-esteem issues, depression & anxiety management, and parenting issues.
I have a passion for helping clients of all ages, from teens to adults, find their inner strengths and realize their full potential. Teens, in particular, tend to need help in navigating through their confusing and troubling stage of life. By providing support and understanding to all of my clients, I hope to assist them in gaining a better understanding of themselves and the world around them while developing the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges.
I approach each therapeutic situation as unique and feel that by drawing upon an individual’s strengths, I can assist them in making meaningful changes that can produce a significant difference in their lives.
