I am dedicated and passionate to my work in helping adolescents and adults recover and heal from PTSD, trauma, depression and anxiety through various modes of therapy, including EMDR.

I am passionate about mental health and absolutely love helping my clients find the relief and peace that they deserve and desire. I have six children–all amazing and all very unique with their individual talents and challenges! I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained through Compassion Works, an EMDRIA approved company. I believe that both my clinical experience as well as my personal experience will contribute to helping you on your journey to find peace.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. I look forward to being a part of the process of you reaching your full potential whether through healing from trauma and experiences that have hindered your personal growth, or simply navigating through life’s challenges.
