About me
I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist in EMDR Therapy who works with adults who have survived trauma, have posttraumatic stress disorder or other trauma-and stressor-related symptoms and disorders as well as grief and loss.
My primary psychotherapeutic approach is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an integrated model that incorporates aspects of psychodynamic, experiential, behavioral, cognitive, body-based, and systems therapies.
