Every person is unique, every situation is unique but the one thing we all experience throughout life are periods of change that often leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed . Things like entering a new marriage, welcoming a new baby to your family, the loss of a job, a divorce and sending your child off to college can all create a big basket of emotions that you are unsure how to manage.
I believe you shouldn’t have to go through this challenging time on your own and that one of the most important things you can do is to talk with someone.
