About me
Welcome, I am glad you are here! I am an experienced therapist that's willing to listen and validate you. My goal is to have everyone feel welcomed and heard. I am an adolescent and adult certified professional trauma, CSAYC (Credentialed Sexual Abuse Youth Clinician) therapist working with trauma victims from war, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, physical and emotional abuse, individuals fleeing countries, of all ages and backgrounds, using somatic psychology, trauma-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive trauma therapy, and EMDR tools, family system approach, and client center therapy.
We will work together to help improve your mental health and learn ways to cope with life's obstacles! I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve the best version of yourself! have a wide range of experiences with adolescents and adults dealing with trauma and depression issues. I have training under Lindsey Gibson cohort, " Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents: How to Heal from Distant, Rejecting, or Self-Involved Parents", and EMDR trained.
