About me
I have immediate openings for new clients and offer telehealth therapy to anyone located in California and in-person sessions at my office in Loomis, CA. I am a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist trained to help teens, adults, and couples with stress, anxiety, and depression related to relationship issues and family conflicts. I am also a certified Brainspotting practitioner.
Having a trusted therapist in your corner can make a huge difference in your well-being and overall quality of life. I'll provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore the depths of your thoughts and feelings, and we'll work collaboratively to establish your treatment goals. I often work with teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma related to relationship conflicts, family issues, and life transitions. With couples, I use Gottman and Imago techniques to help couples de-escalate conflict, improve communication, and strengthen their bonds. I also provide premarital counseling!
I work fundamentally from a humanistic and transpersonal orientation that takes a holistic perspective of the individual and considers their mental, physical, spiritual, creative, and intellectual needs. I take a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to treatment and I often incorporate Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address challenging emotional processes. I am a trained Brainspotting practitioner and use this somatic technique to help clients process and heal trauma.
It is an honor to walk alongside clients on their journey of self-discovery and healing. I understand how important it is to find a therapist who gets you. I offer free consultations if you would like to find out if we are a good fit. Feel free to reach out anytime via call, text, or email if you have any questions at all.
