Lindsay Parker is an Associate Licensed Counselor. License number C3562A, practicing under the supervision of Shelly Mitchell, M.Ed., LPC-S. Lindsay received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amridge University and graduated with highest honors. Lindsay works to create a trusting, caring, and open environment for her clients by utilizing skills conceptualized by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Lindsay has a passion for working with young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and addiction, and who are attempting to navigate their way through the trials and tribulations of everyday life. When not assisting clients, Lindsay spends quality time with her family, enjoying the beach, and cheering on SEC football.
