I am a Perinatal Mental Health certified, Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people who are building their family.

It is one of life’s biggest changes and can be challenging. Family building stressors and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders can happen to anyone, even the most prepared parents. I can help you manage these feelings, increase your confidence and help you step forward in your new role.
I also serve both prospective adoptive parents and expectant parents who are in any stage of the adoption process. Adoption is a unique path, you deserve to have support from a knowledgeable professional. I can help guide you through the process and the intense emotions that come with it.
