About me
My therapeutic approach is based in psychodynamic theory with CBT, ACT, solution, and strength-based therapies as invaluable tools for achieving and integrating change. I am presently getting certified in Rewind Technique (applied specifically for trauma and PTSD treatment) and hypnotherapy. I work as a Life Coach, and have graduated from Wright Foundation.
I act as a facilitator of change for individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, various traumas, panic, grief/loss, stress, postpartum blues and depression, low self-esteem, and who are going through life transitions and have parenting challenges. I believe that human birthright is to experience joy in life. Individual journeys in healing and growth are the ways to achieve that. I provide therapy services in the office or through Telehealth, and primarily serve Chicago, and the northern areas of Chicago - Evanston, Wilmette, Glencoe, Glenview, Highland Park, Skokie, Northbrook, Winnetka, and Des Plaines. I provide a safe, caring, and confidential environment that enables trust and growth for my clients.
