Lillian is passionate about helping individuals discover or rediscover their true authentic voice. As an Army Veteran, HR professional, Mental Health Clinician, and now a Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and Facilitator, she has a lifetime of experience assisting clients with cultivating awareness. Her true passion is for every person to know who they are and what they were created to do and live their best life accordingly. Her approach to therapy is eclectic because every client is unique. Lillian finds strength in her faith and relationship with God and embraces a non-judging, peaceful, and secure space for all clients.
Lillian enjoys relaxing with a good book, good fellowship, and good food in her spare time.
What is your story? Stories sometimes define who we are and who we think we are. Stories come in all shapes and sizes, joy, sadness, confusion, fear, doubt, anxiety, and anger. Often stories get stuck in a painful place, an unknown place, or a confused space. How do you navigate that? Hand in hand with me as your guide.
Sometimes having a sounding board is all you need and other times you need to go scuba diving into the depths to find the answer. Either way, you have a choice you can choose life or despair, you can choose joy or sorrow, or you can choose to navigate your story with whatever honors your authentic self.
No matter what interventions are used or how a person evaluates their journey through life, we think the reason(s) for a renewed sense of self is as entangled in our thoughts as it is our genetic makeup, attachment style, experiences, losses, or feelings of spiritual connection. Call today to set up an appointment and begin editing your story.
