Leticia has earned her Master’s in Social Work Degree and is currently an LLMSW. She has
over 25 years of experience in the social work field and in the past seven years, has extensively worked with DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Leticia also uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) while working with teens, adults, and couples.
Leticia is a warm, empathic therapist with a passion for helping her clients discover their
emotions and how to deal with them in a healthy way. Leticia believes in a collaborative
approach in assisting clients to reach their goals and offers a safe, non-judgmental space.
Leticia wants to help her clients learn self-awareness, self-discovery, and communication skills so clients can bette advocate for themselves. Self-acceptance is a big part of emotional well-being and in order to have healthy relationships, the ultimate goal is to have a healthy relationship with yourself first.
