I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to helping adults (18 and above) cope with chronic medical conditions, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional disturbances, grief, and substance recovery.

I am a military Veteran’s wife passionate about providing quality mental health care. Throughout my life of living in different areas, working with different cultures, and living in different environments, I understand that working with someone on your mental wellness path requires consistency, compassion, and the ability to help with your current challenges. My objective is to facilitate change and an environment where clients can feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings utilizing techniques that are individualized to their unique needs. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.

My training, experience, and passion allow me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy—ensuring a comfortable space where we can work together on your goals, that will essentially lead individuals to a life worth living.
