Lenore Reinhart, LPC

I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, and the LGBTQ community. My specialties are working with clients experiencing grief and loss, trauma, and folks who want to dive deep to gain a deeper understanding and relationship with themselves.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor living in rural Southern Colorado. I am a fellow traveler on the exploration of self-discovery. I love spending times connecting with nature and community. I am an avid birder, dog lover, and have been told I’m a self-compassion geek.

I enjoy working with people who are curious, open, and want to explore self-awareness as a path to well-being. As we work together you will learn to make decisions based on your values and not based on what people expect from you. You will set goals and make movement towards reaching them, and you will learn to make healthy choices for mind, body, and spirit alignment. I believe you are the expert on your life and my role is to help you strengthen your connection to yourself.
