I am a board certified, licensed professional counselor who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. I am dedicated to meeting my clients where they are and helping them to journey to where they want to go.

As the owner of LIFE Wellness and Counseling Services, I think it is important to share my passion and hopes for our community by changing one perspective at a time. Helping people to see the good in themselves helps me to teach them how to see the good in others, create boundaries, and learn how to trust. I focus on making sure our interactions are genuine, honest, transparent, and confidential so that clients can feel OK to be themselves.

I am a board certified licensed professional counselor, certified trauma yoga instructor, and substance abuse counselor in training who has a Master’s in Community Psychology, as well as a Certificate in Trauma. I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults, with an extensive background in healthcare, crisis stabilization, and mental health services which have prepared me to work with clients with complex issues. My theoretical orientation includes person-centered, reality therapy, and CBT; however, I am able to utilize an eclectic toolbox to create individualized services to meet the client’s needs in a way that matters most to the client. It is my goal to make sure clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.
