I have 25 years of experience practicing therapy with teens & adults. Clients appreciate my ability to find connection and hope within them. My main areas of focus include ADHD, Anxiety/Stress, Relationship issues, Life Transitions and creating a healthy lifestyle.
My focus in working with my clients is on identifying your personal strengths and helping you to recognize them so you can work to achieve and maintain a healthy physical and mental balance in your life.
I specialize in working with college students, adults and parents who have challenges with stress which can affect relationships and need help with focus and staying on-task. I am here to provide support with these challenges in order to help you get back on track. I also help clients learn new habits to gain & maintain a healthy lifestyle.
