Since 2017, I have worked with teens, adult individuals, and couples with a special focus on neurodiversity and addressing anxiety, stress, finding work life balance, and setting boundaries with family and friends.

I work with individuals who experience anxiety, struggle with work life balance, and those who need help setting boundaries with family members and friends. Advocating for yourself in each of those areas can be difficult and having a professional by your side helps bring solutions to light! I am a professional in my own therapy working through issues like the ones I listed above - I am a human being right along with you! Together, we can create more space for you to explore your wants and needs, find the right words to express them, and have a more fulfilling life in your relationships.

I also enjoy working with neuro-diverse people, specifically those with ADHD, who want to better understand themselves and how to achieve their full potential. As someone with family members who got diagnosed with ADHD as adults, I have seen the struggle of living life without clarity as to how your unique brain functions.

It is an honor to partner with you as we learn together about your brain and how to nurture compassion and empathy for yourself along the way. I look forward to starting the process with you and seeing you succeed in ways you did not know were possible. In my free time, you can find me hiking, camping, and reading with coffee or tea in hand!
