About me
I offer trauma-focused and attachment-based interventions to help clients struggling with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to PTSD. I offer somatic interventions such as EMDR and Brainspotting to aid clients in their journey of processing trauma.
Most of the clients I see are looking for freedom. They want to live their lives no longer stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, poor coping skills, strained relationships, etc. While many people are incredibly resilient, it is more than okay to bring a trusted person into your story and ask for help. That is a huge first step! If you are at that point where you feel you've exhausted all your options and you need help, don't hesitate to reach out! You are not alone!
