As a psychologist, I use an humanistic interactional and holistic approach to helping clients over come depression, anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues, stress and other life issues. I work with individuals, couples and families seeking to improve their mental health by releasing past habit patterns and seeking improved functioning.
I bring decades of experience in working with clients using tools and strategies from a multitude of approaches.
I am interactive sincere and engaged when working with clients. I place a high priority on confidentiality. I work with physicians. mental health professionals, military, law enforcement, business owners and public figures who value privacy and discretion.
