It can feel isolating navigating through life alone. I can help. I take joy in getting to know my clients to understand their journeys. I provide a safe, warm and non-judgmental atmosphere. I enjoy working children, adolescents, couples, families and groups. I have successfully worked with clients that has been treated for simple and complex trauma, anger management, substance issues, relationship matters, family conflict, and LGBTQ concerns, depression anxiety, grief, self -esteem, coping skills for ADHD, and much more. I tend to be goal oriented and person centered. I am an Oklahoma approved LPC Supervisor.
