Larissa DiNatale

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) focusing on young adults struggling with addiction, mental health, and eating disorders

Larissa received a master's degree from Rutgers University & is currently a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with various populations in NJ & MD. She has experience working with children, teens, and various stages of adults. Although Larissa has worked with many different ages and mental health needs, her work has focused on addictions and eating disorders in young adults. Larissa completed the ACT certificate program at Rutgers University and is currently awaiting approval for LCADC licensure.Larissa has experience in DBT, trauma-informed approach, SELF, CBT, mindfulness, grief, and Motivational Interviewing.

Larissa takes a holistic and individualized approach for each client and enjoys utilizing CBT work to help empower clients to change their negative thoughts. Larissa takes belief that other aspects of life (health/wellness, self-esteem, habits, goals, values, time management) have a powerful impact on your mental health.


Currently resides in NJ, but is looking to explore the world. She has resided in SC & England, and is always looking for the next adventure. She is a huge advocate for incorporating self care into your routine & believes that travel, nature, & a good cup of coffee are a powerful tool for this.
