I am an experienced therapist working with anxiety, depression and trauma. My services are conveniently provided through the use of telehealth. I am licensed to provide services to Kandas and Missouri residents.

I am an experienced therapist and supervisor who works with all ages. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, sexual issues, women's issues, postpartum, parenting issues, school issues, grief/loss, and life transitions, and marriage/partner relationships and premarital counseling. I provide individual and couples counseling. Couples and individuals who see progress are the ones committed to doing the work and being actively present.

My practice is solely done through the use of telebehavioral health which provides the comfort and convenience of meeting with me from your own home, with a flexible schedule.

Some of my background includes working previously in the university setting, residential and psychiatric units, and community mental health. I know run my own private practice.

I am trained in and use only evidence based practices such as EMDR I and II which is a specific training for trauma, and PREPSRE/ENRICH a marriage and relationship program. Other modalities or approaches I work with include attachment theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
