About me
I am a Gottman Level 1 certified therapist, with Imago and EFT training. I specialize in working with couples of all dynamics including poly, married, unmarried, premarital, and LGBTQIA couples. I also treat adults and teens surviving trauma, or other concerns.
I work with clients by creating a safe space to explore, discover and express personal truths so that they are free to be and accept the best version of themselves and their partners or families. I help to foster emotional discovery, recognize communication barriers and prompt discussions that yield necessary positive change within both the self and within relational connections to others. I help clients to not only identify their personal truths, needs, and boundaries but to learn ways to recognize and accept the same in their relationship with partners or family.
I offer a genuine opportunity to feel seen and heard, explore the heart without judgement and be free to live in truth, no matter what that may be. Together with clients we work to stabalize relationships and renew connections through addressing concerns and issues head on with accountability, empathy, dialogue and emotional processing.
Life is hard. Relationships with partners and family members is harder. Love yourself enough to fight for your peace and mental health to make both experiences more wholesome and enjoyable, long lasting and authentic.
