About me
I am a counselor trainee accepting new clients. I am finishing up my final classes at Winebrenner Theological Seminary for my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling. I am EMDR Trained and I work well with teenage and adult individuals who are presenting with various mental health issues.
These presenting problems include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, addictions, eating, body image, trauma, phobias, spirituality, etc. If you are wanting a balanced, happy life, I want to help you! If you have been to therapy before and are tired of just talking about your problems and not progressing in therapy, you are in the right place. It may not be easy, but in the future, you will thank your past self!
I am happy to adjust to what you need in therapy! I am continually learning the industry leading types of therapy and refining myself to supply you with the best care possible. My hope is to go at your pace, while giving you long-lasting results in a relatively short amount of time to get you out of therapy and into a life you were always meant to live!
