About me
Hi! I am Kristin. I hold masters degrees in clinical mental health counseling, speech-language pathology, and transformational leadership.Through my years as a speech-therapist and pastor, I have learned to identify client's concerns, experiences, and perspectives, which enriches my skills as a counselor. I assist clients as they name where they are stuck in their lives, be it personally, relationally, or professionally. By developing a solid relationship with clients and effective interventions, I help clients experience healing, growth, movement, and empowerment. I look forward to working with you!
I have training in trauma, attachment, & emotionally focused therapy. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with a variety of issues that impact their daily lives, such as anxiety, stress, and depression. I help clients identify their core wounds and coping mechanisms, which keep them stuck in their problems, and then find ways to heal and thrive.
