Kristin Dehrkoop earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University – Mankato in 2012 and her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the College of Saint Benedict in Social Work in 2003. Kristin has a variety of work experiences which include residential, hospital and outpatient mental health clinics. Areas of expertise include personality pathology, sexual abuse issues, attachment, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chemical dependency, and stress management. She has experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, group therapy, narrative therapy, and schema therapy. Kristin uses a strength-based and collaborative approach to empower her clients to make necessary changes to reach their overall goals.
