I am a pre-licensed counselor helping adults cope with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I offer in person and video telehealth services to individuals in Missouri and Kansas.

Life gets stressful and it can be tough to know how to move forward when feeling overwhelmed. Reaching out for help, especially from a stranger, is scary. I hope to provide a safe and open therapeutic environment for you to talk about all your struggles, worries, and strifes. We will work together to find strategies that work best for you in therapy that you can carry with you in everyday life. Whether that be working on building skills or talking through difficult situations.

I am comfortable working with individuals coming in with any concerns. However, my primary areas of interests include: trauma, identity development, life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression. I draw from many therapy techniques based on you and your goals. These include CBT, ACT, DBT, and a person centered approach.

You are an expert on yourself and I am here to guide you on your journey into figuring out your needs and goals. I would love to walk alongside you, encourage you, and provide you with coping mechanisms to make life a little bit easier to manage.
