About me
I am an LPCMHSP therapist working with individuals, families, couples on a variety of issues from anxiety, depression, grief, family systems issues and couples therapy.
I have been licensed since 2005 and currently practicing in Tennessee. I also have a license in Arkansas and practice only through Teladoc for Arkansas. In my practice I also work a lot with parents of adult children and the empty nest syndrome. I am trained in EMDR and utilize it in my office but I do not utilize EMDR for telehealth sessions. I am credentialed with various commercial insurance plans such as Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield and a variety of EAP plans. I do not take Medicare and Medicaid at this time. Besides my office therapy work, I also work as a rescue coordinator/counselor with an animal rescue for the past 13 years. I am a firm believer in being connected in my community and helping others to do the same.
