Hello! I'm Kimberly. I am a Licensed professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional with over 10 years of experience. I work with adults 18+ who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and other difficult life challenges.

Making the decision to seek therapy can be difficult and takes a lot of courage. My passion is helping others improve their relationship with themselves and others. My background and expertise include working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I utilize an integrative approach with evidence-based therapy modalities based on individual needs and strengths. A few of the treatment modalities I may draw upon are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma informed approaches such as TF-CBT. I believe each person is unique, deserving of a safe, welcoming space to share their experiences and process their feelings. you navigate the path of healing and discover the joy of a more fulfilling life. I currently offer tele health sessions only with flexible scheduling.
