About me
I am experienced Psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping people cope with anxiety, depression, anger,life balance, career counseling,couples, substance abuse, trauma among other modalities that life creates.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor, with evidence based practices, working with mental health illnesses and disorder. I treat the whole person to help restore and balance healthy mental wellness and well-being.
My philosophy is not one size fits all.
I find my path of a therapist is unique as my training also includes a clinical background from John Hopkins, Georgetown and GW University Hospital. My passion is Womens health and Maternal Mental health, LGBTQ+, however will see anyone as I do not discriminate and we are all created equal. My goals for clients are your goals in restoration of Healthy relationships and well being...and taking the journey with you for that goal.
