About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that works with teens 12-18, to adults.
I’m a therapist that has been in private practice for 20 years. My practice is Solutions4Life. My specialty is Mood Disorders and Substance Abuse, but I treat a variety of issues such as Depression, Anxiety and Trauma. I believe that our mental health doesn’t define us; clients just need to learn how to manage their mental health. Whether it is discovering solutions to current problems, exploring patterns in relationships or diving into the past, we will explore how it all affects current issues. I have worked with a very diverse clientele and is sensitive to cultural diversity. We will be working as a team to bring some resolution to your life. I see clients both in person and online.
