I am a spiritually-informed trauma therapist dedicated to helping people of all ages find healing and wholeness.

I am committed to supporting and equipping people for their healing journey. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and change in ways that serve them better when they have the tools and support they need. I work with people through a psychological, social and emotional lens to promote growth and wellness. I have helped children, adolescents, adults, couples and families work through issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual questions, parenting challenges, postpartum mood disorders, and PTSD.

I enjoy working with people of all ages, beginning with children ages eight and up. I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. I have trained in Theraplay, a style of therapy for children. I am happy to include spirituality in counseling, if you wish.
