I am thrilled to provide an alternative approach to the traditional route of therapy! Many of my clients are those who do not want to be put on medication, if they can avoid doing so, as well as wanting to get to the root of their issues rather than putting a band-aid on symptoms. People want to understand WHY. Using mind-body-spirit approaches to the healing journey, I investigate your symptoms using holistic tools & assessment, conversation, and teaching you how to listen to your intuition. Your body is speaking to you, and I will help you learn how to work with it to feel better!
I specialize in communication skills, self-care practices, combined reiki-counseling sessions, Energy Psychology practices like EFT and TFT “Tapping” (Trauma-Informed-Care tools), and also using the Law of Attraction (LOA). I am very intuitive, and my clients say I “have a way with words”. Additionally, I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP)/ Empaths and Holistic Dating and Life Coaching.

I am down-to-earth, authentic, and honest with who I am as a person and a professional. I don’t agree with labels; treating people as “humans” not “numbers”, and working with people “where they are at” in their healing journey.

I believe healing and growth are always possible, and when people are ready, they can “awaken” to their true potential. Thriving as an adult with ADHD, I aim to empower, model, and encourage others to finally step into their greatness.
