With over 20 years of expertise, I provide personal, career, and executive counseling, blending compassion and real-world strategies to guide individuals, couples, and professionals towards understanding, growth, and life fulfillment.
I have over 20 years of experience in Personal Counseling and Therapy for individuals and couples, Career Counseling, and Executive Coaching. I work with a wide range of clients, from those who want ideas, inspiration, and support to people whose issues seriously interfere with their lives. With couples, I help you articulate concerns, build realistic goals, and develop practical ways to strengthen your relationship. My counseling philosophy is about working in partnership with you to develop understanding of yourself and take action to work through issues, minimize self-defeating habits that get in the way, and find fulfillment in life.
I also see a broad range of career clients, including those starting out or returning to work after a hiatus, want to change career directions or accelerate their careers, or love their work, but want to learn to better handle stress and manage organizational politics inherent in the workplace.
