I am a licensed professional counselor with an emphasis on mental health. I am dedicated to assisting individuals and families in coping with life's challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.

Kenneth J. Brown II, "You're Neighborhood Therapist", is the Founder of Mastermind Counseling Services LLC. in Atlanta, Georgia. He has over 12+years in the therapy field and 9 years as a fully Licensed Professional Counselor.

Brown received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University (2004) and Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University (2009). Brown has maintained a state license in counseling since 2013. Brown also obtained a Certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University (2010).

Brown has worked with clients in a variety of settings and a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger management, conflict resolution, and familial/relationship issues.

Brown has a passion for helping others make peace with their past, prepare in the present, and prosper in the future. Brown has 8 years of working with at-risk youth and their families in the community, 5 years working as an educator in the Dekalb County School System, and 4 years working with the Mental Health population in the Georgia Department of Corrections. Most recently, Brown has been practicing as a telehealth therapist, providing virtual counseling services to clients around the world.
