I'm an experienced licensed counselor helping individuals and couples thrive after disruptive life events.

I use evidence-based therapies, such as solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused therapy, to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
I offer a concierge model which operates intentionally on a small scale, making a hyper-individualized, client-centered approach the basis of treatment. This provides an alternative to the problem-focused, sickness-based medical model. Care is provided based on your unique needs and current life circumstances.
