I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience assisting adults with managing their anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
Hi, I'm Kelsey! I am the owner and primary therapist at Peaceful Tides Counseling, LLC located in East Lyme, CT. I offer in-person and telehealth individual therapy sessions to adults who are having difficulty managing anxiety, life transitions, daily stress, and relationship conflicts. Often, we need an objective person to help us see patterns in our lives and identify areas of growth. I believe all people have the ability to grow and make meaningful changes in their life to live well. I primarily utilize the model of ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), but work with each person individually to see what is the best approach for them.
