Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, groups, and families improve their mental health and well-being.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about facilitating change with individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations. Many people go through life scared of change, and wondering can I change, where do I begin, is there anyone that can help me? Change is a natural process where many become stuck and unable to proceed forward because of circumstances that immobilize us. I am dedicated to assisting people with reaching personal goals and focusing on their inherent strengths to maximize their overall health and well-being.
My experience throughout my career includes providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings that include the home, school, private practice, and in the community. I have experience with individuals that have an extensive history of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and a variety of other diagnoses. I also have experience with crisis management, various support groups, co-parenting and parenting skills, and court-related custody casework. I enjoy teaching people multiple skills and strategies to problem-solve with a solution-focused treatment method. My career in mental health has primarily centered on the mental health and behavioral health of children, adolescents, and their families who are plagued by trauma. However, I enjoy working with a variety of people and their life circumstances.
I believe that inner healing is prompted by acknowledging the past, working on the present, and strengthen your opportunities for the future. As a knowledgeable clinician I can build upon your strengths and help you reveal the true potential you have within your own life.
Clients can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere where they will be not just listened to, but actually feel heard. Clients can expect collaboration with someone that is willing to work just as hard as they do towards accomplishing their personal goals.
