About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist who works with millennials and millennial couples to create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

If you're looking for someone who can help you better understand and become your favorite version of yourself - I'm your person!

I know firsthand the effect your mental health can have on your daily life. As a therapist + fellow human, I aim to see, hear, and understand you - all of you. I hold space and compassion for your complexities, quirks, strengths, and flaws. I believe wholeheartedly in the process of therapy and its capacity to cultivate self-awareness and clarity. This is why I’ve been in my own therapy for years, ensuring that as the “expert,” I also have the perspective of the consumer. Before going back to school for my Master’s, I had a rewarding career in tech sales. I went back into the mental health field because I wanted to be a part of the profoundly impactful conversations that are transforming the space. I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental health and normalizing therapy as a regular process in maintaining your emotional fitness.

I work as a psychotherapist at LoveWRK in Chicago, Illinois. I graduated with my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I have extensive clinical experience in community mental health and private practice settings. I have additional training in Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapy, Neurobiology of Trauma, and Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents.

My therapeutic style focuses on empathy + accountability. I'm very curious, warm, and compassionate, yet am clear and direct in my communication. I always lean into humor when possible and appropriate in session. My goal is to help you gain more self awareness, healthier relationships, and identify connections to provide clarity and guidance for how to move forward.
